ABSTRACT

Our experiments and theoretical works begin in Lebedev Physical Institute and Theoretical Problems Department of the Russia Academy of Sciences. Our goal is concentrating on specific problems and phenomena of morphogenetic information storage, reproduction and transfer including field produced morphogenetic signals between begining two cells and finishing different taxonomic units of procariotes and eucaryotes. The basic concept of the approach to morphogenesis proposed and developed by the Gagiaev's Group — combines some physical models of holographic associative memory and mathematical formalism of Fermi-Pasta-Ulam (FPU) recurrence for solitary waves in deoxyribonucleicacid (DNA). The underlying principles of holographic storage and solitary wave transfer of morphogenetic information reveal some new aspects of genetic functions in biological systems. This new insight into the nature of morphogenesis makes it possible to treat genome as a biological-holographic computer which generates endogenous solitary electromagnetic and acoustic waves to carry 4-D epigenetic information used by biosystems for their spatial and temporal selforganizing. The concept of solitary waves associated with the chromosomes gives rise to creation of a family of unique radioelectronic and optoelectronic devices — FPU-generators which can imitate the function of chromosomes and transmit epigenetic information between two genomes in a symbolic form of field patterns. Using these devices (as model of wave code activity of the chromosomes continuum) it is possible, in principal, to control the metabolism of an organism in different ways including correction of various genetic defects, restoration of chromosomes damaged by radiation or chemical actions, implementation of hybridizations being impossible previously, development of dramatically new approaches to cancer treatment and to gerontology problems, AIDS etc. We registrated artificial signals on DNA molecules as symbol of exobiological contacts on level of genetic molecules. We suppose that antropogenic and non-antropogenic artifitial wave genes are potential dangerous for genomes of all living organisms.

Болевая чувствительность человеческого сознания на планете Земля патологически низка. Войны и межнациональная резня, нищета и болезни воспринимаются как неизбежность. В этот же список несчастий попадает и экология среды обитания человека. Здесь также наблюдается довольно спокойная реакция. Кое-что, правда, делается. Но больше говорится. Наша статья тоже из серии многчисленных предупреждений об опасностях антропогенных загрязнений. Но наше предупреждение особого рода и касается работы генетического аппарата всех организмов Земли и человека в том числе. И тут много уже сказано и о генетических уродах, появляющихся на свет во все больших количествах, и о мутагенах, и о чернобыльском пятне. Привычно стало это. Не проймешь ничем. Конец света вот прямо через месяц-другой тоже предрекали, даже числа называли, и ничего, живы. Может, и наше предупреждение особого рода спокойно прочитает равнодушный глаз — это де там где-то, это не про меня. Про тебя, про всех нас Живых. От Бактерии до Человека.
